You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Unscrew the bottom part of the connector, push over tap and position the white seal over the spout, pull orange lever down and then screw up from the bottom until the item is tight. Turn on the water and if any water sprays out the side turn the water off and reposition the white washer.
